First, let’s talk about values. This is almost always where we begin. Let's identify who and what your brand is, why it exists, what it truly believes and stands for. If you are a new start-up or a small business, chances are you're already pretty in touch with your brand values, and everyone on your team speaks the same language. If you're a larger company or organization, you may need some help getting everyone on the same page – we would act as an independent third party voice to moderate, identify themes and incongruencies, and bring inn our experience, this is an invaluable part of the process.
Our clients have often found themselves using this learning to shape everything from internal policies and hiring strategies to mergers and acquisitions. Your core values will act as your True North as we flesh out the rest of your brand assets.
We’ll probably do a few more exercises to get to know your audience and your industry landscape. This will all help us to dial in on your brand positioning - that’s a fancy term for the space that you occupy in the market and in the minds of your audience. We’ll ask some big questions and dig deep for meaningful answers.
Depending on your needs and the size of your team, we may run a workshop with you, or may simply gather info over a telephone call.
Then, We’re going to give language to your brand. This may include mission statements, brand stories, manifestos, codified core values – the words that define your culture. You will likely have existing ideas and language that you want us to incorporate. We’ll also define your voice and personality.
Your final brand guide will contain a "Language & Culture" section. (Depending on the size and nature of your organisation, the scope of work may include a more detailed culture guide.)

We would put a lot of thought and craft into every identity developed. No assembly lines. So unless otherwise scoped, our proposals usually include a single design, well thought out. But don’t worry, we’d first create a few mood-boards to set a clear visual direction that we both agree on. Once you sign off on these, we’d start working on your visual assets. And since you know your brand best, we would include you in the creative process as we go, so that we’re always on the same page.
Changes and versions will be defined in the scope of work, but rest assured that we won’t stop till you’re stoked.
